An interior design studio in Limassol is looking for a Designer-Architect to join our team — someone capable of creating thoughtful, aesthetic spaces that combine functionality, technical precision, and artistic expression.

We are looking for a professional who does more than design interiors: someone who builds the architectural foundation of a space, oversees project implementation, and guides the client from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural planning solutions and design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Manage projects through all stages — from site analysis and space planning to author supervision and final handover.
- Prepare working documentation and architectural drawings (plans, elevations, details, specifications).
- Develop technical briefs and coordinate with engineers, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Ensure that project implementation aligns with the approved architectural and design concept.
- Select finishing materials, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements with a focus on the architectural integrity of the project.
- Participate in preparing commercial proposals and client presentations.
- Visit sites in Limassol for measurements, technical supervision, and work progress control.
- Communicate with clients and participate in meetings.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect / architect-designer.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and engineering systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality.
- Strong visual presentation skills, attention to detail, and a good sense of composition.
- Fluency in Russian and English (Greek is a plus).
- Valid work permit or the possibility of obtaining one.

• Receive and distribute incoming calls, emails, and correspondence;
• Manage and monitor email communications, ensuring timely processing of incoming requests;
• Handle document flow, prepare contracts, invoices, commercial proposals, and offers;
• Prepare presentations for clients and company partners;
• Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and the manager’s work calendar;
• Maintain databases of clients, contractors, and suppliers;
• Organize business trips, meetings, and events;
• Carry out administrative tasks assigned by management;

• Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and studio partners;

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an office manager, administrator, or executive/personal assistant;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace;
• Experience in preparing presentations and commercial proposals;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize effectively;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and initiative;
• A driving license will be considered an advantage;
• English proficiency: B1 or higher.
